Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged for the if adequate notice is not provided for missed appointments (this is not covered by insurance).
All payments are due at the time of service. Patients will receive a discount for payments made at the time of service. Viewpoint Acupuncture accepts credit card, FSA, HSA, check, and cash.
We do accept insurance and we will submit claims to your insurance provider, if they cover acupuncture and massage treatments. You will be responsible for your deductible, co-pay and co-insurance charges. If your insurance denies the claim, you will be accountable for the billed charges.
Prepaid treatment packages expire six months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
